Achieve2gether Limited will provide care and support services for a variety of conditions including: epilepsy, stroke, parkingson`s, alzheimers`s, autism, respite care, cerebral palsy, visual impairment, orthopaedic, palliative care, head/brain injury, multiple sclerosis, visual impairment, auditory impairment, schizophrenia and speech impairment. Our care users are categorized by the following Age Groups and/or specialised Service User Bands:
Achieve2gether Limited exists to support and promote independent living to the maximum extent possible for our service users. Our registration with the Care Quality Commission enables us to provide care, as defined in the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and the Care Act 2014 which exists to support and promote independent living to the maximum extent possible for our service users.
